The Director of International Students is the person to contact if a student has a grievance or complaint. We have a standard policy detailing how to make a complaint. International students not satisfied with the outcome of the School's formal complaint process can raise their concerns with NZQA. Students can submit a complaint query on the NZQA website, send an email or contact NZQA by phone.
