Strategic Plan 2019-2021

To thrive in times of local and global change through:

  1. learning that promotes critical engagement, achievement, agency and wellbeing

  4. agile resourcing to support learning.

Strategic Directional Statements

  1. School Culture: An inclusive, collaborative environment that values wellbeing and agency 
  2. Student Learning and Achievement: Learning that puts students at the centre, helping them become critically engaged, leading to the outcomes of the Learning at EGGS Statement 
  3. Staff Professional Learning and Development (PLD): PLD that is responsive to emerging trends and promotes and supports effective teaching and learning
  4. Learning and Community Partnerships: Encouraging active participation by all members of the EGGS and wider community
  5. Leadership: A responsive, sustainable model of leadership for students and staff
  6. Facilities and Resources: Strategic provision of spaces and resources that enable quality learning
