- Lara's team won their first pool match against Fiji 3-0.
- Their second pool against Papua New Guinea 11-0.
- They won their quarter-final, beating the Solomon Islands 19-0.
- They won their semi-final beating the Cook Islands 5-0, where Lara scored her first International goal for the nation.
- It came full circle when they played Fiji once again in the finals, beating them 7-0 making them the winners of the OFC U-19's Women Championship 2023.

From the 18th of June Lara was in Suva, Fiji for 3 weeks where she competed in the OFC U-19's Women Championships 2023 to qualify for the FIFA U-20's Women's World Cup next year held in Columbia.
