Water Polo
Our Premier Water Polo team placed 4th at the New Zealand Secondary Schools Water Polo Championships held during the holidays, delivering a strong performance against competitive national opposition.
We also acknowledge the following students who have been involved in NZ Water Polo Age Group Camps and are currently trialling for national age group teams: Mila Ferrera (U17), Emily Rope, Amelia Lafaialii, Ulani Heather-Krishnam, and Angelina Yang (U16), and Katie O’Brien and Nadia Hall (U15).
NZ U15 Football Selection
Congratulations to Sophie Roberts on her selection to the New Zealand Under 15 Football Team. Sophie will represent New Zealand at the OFC U15 Girls Youth Development Tournament in Fiji later this month.
This is a significant achievement, recognising Sophie’s skill, commitment, and development in the sport. We wish her all the best as she represents her country on the international stage.
Rugby League Success
Congratulations to Emacyn Ieremia (Year 13), who recently won the Westpac Lisa Fiaola Cup with the Canterbury-Bankstown Bulldogs. This result marks the club’s second premiership in the premier Under 17 NSW Rugby League competition.
Emacyn made a strong contribution throughout the tournament, including an impressive performance in the Grand Final, where the Bulldogs secured a 40–4 victory. We are proud of Emacyn’s commitment and achievement and celebrate her success as she continues to represent both her team and the School with distinction.
