On Tuesday 19th June, the EGGS Old Girls Association had the pleasure of honouring three past students at the Founders Awards ceremony. The awards were presented to three outstanding Old Girls who have achieved highly in their chosen fields. This year’s recipients are:
Diane Morcom CNZM, CVO - for Outstanding Achievement in Public Service
Frances Loo – for Outstanding Achievement in Business and Community Service
Daisy Lavea-Timo – for Outstanding Achievement in the Arts (Poetry).
Each recipient had their citation read by a Year 13 student and then addressed the assembly. They were presented with their Founders Award Medal before joining senior students, staff and members of the Old Girls Committee in the staff room to continue the celebrations. A huge congratulations to Diane, Frances and Daisy.
