Enrolment Procedures
Application forms for enrolment in 2011 and 2012 are available from :
Home Zone Requirements
Due to the residency requirements of our enrolment scheme, we may accept applications only when:
| i. |
a student is actually resident in the home zone and is either |
| ii. |
intending to begin school immediately |
| iii. |
intending to pre-enrol for the beginning of the next academic year. |
Applicants should submit completed application forms to the Enrolment Manager together with any other information that is requested.

Applications will be processed once all documentation is received.
The school retains the right to make all enquiries necessary in its opinion to obtain information that may assist it to reach a decision in any case. Once a place is confirmed, a pre-enrolment pack will be issued and appointment will be made with the Dean to confirm the students course of study.
Enrolment is deemed to have been completed when:
- all pre-enrolment procedures have been completed, formally acknowledged and accepted by the school
- the student begins attending the school
and is dependent on:
- any changes to personal details provided at pre-enrolment having been notified to the school in writing
- any changes to personal details having been acknowledged in writing by the school as conforming with provisions of this Enrolment Scheme
- personal details provided at the time of pre-enrolment as being accurate
No enrolment is confirmed until the student attends school and the information given to the school at pre-enrolment is confirmed as accurate and is still current at this time. If your application for enrolment is declined you may appeal the Board's decision be asking the Ministry of Education to direct the Board to enrol the student. Application forms are available from the Ministry's local office.
Out-of-Zone Requirements
Students applying under the out-of-zone provision will be asked to supply the following documents:

Applicants will participate in a computer-generated ballot which is conducted under the supervision of a practising lawyer. This selection process is completely random. The educational achievements of individual students are not taken into account by the school.
Some students receive priority to enrolment; they are (in order) sisters of current students, sisters of past students, daughters of past students and daughters of Board of Trustee members and employees.
