Epsom House boarding facility is part of Epsom Girls Grammar School's long boarding tradition. It provides access to an excellent single sex education for young women from rural areas.

Epsom House provides accommodation for 118 girls from overseas and rural New Zealand. Epsom House is located within the school grounds. Facilities available include communal dining and recreational areas, private grounds and computer room. All students have their own rooms and their own email address to enable them to communicate with home.

The Principal has overall responsibility for Epsom House and is assisted by a member of the Senior Leadership Team and the Director of Boarding Mrs Carole Cowley, who has responsibility for day to day management of the hostel and for the care and well-being of students.

Boarding fees for New Zealand residents are currently $11,208.00 including G.S.T. (with a yearly review) and acceptance into Epsom House is automatic acceptance into Epsom Girls Grammar School. All new entrants in Years 9 - 13 are required to pay an annual development levy of $1500. The development levy is due prior to commencement.
