OGA > Welcome
Welcome to EGGSOGA. Our aim is to not only remain in contact with a wide cross-section of past students and staff, as well as current ones, but to generate reconnections as far and wide as possible, including Old Girls who are residing overseas.
We no longer charge a subscription for membership. However, our membership form can be downloaded from this website; completing it will ensure we have your correct details.
The School celebrated its Centenary last year in 2017 with the Reunion weekend being 5th to 9th April 2017. It was a wonderful occasion, with a wide variety of events enjoyed by many. A history book was written to mark the occasion: “Educating Women of Integrity” by Pauline Farra – it is well worth a read and you can purchase it from the School.
The OGA celebrates its own Centenary in 2021 and planning is under way for this, with a cocktail evening and morning tea being the feature events.
The Association is guided by a Committee consisting of Old Girls, Honorary Old Girls and recent Old Girls as well as a Staff Rep and a Student Rep. We undertake many activities and put on all sorts of events, both fundraising and social, and it is wonderful to facilitate Alumnae getting together. If you’re interested in getting involved on the Committee, or as a helper, we’ll welcome you with open arms!
