1961/62 Reunion
We are pleased to announce that Christine Tonetto (class of 1961) and Jan Bean (class of 1962) and some helpers are now underway with organising a combined 1961/1962 third formers’ reunion for 2012. This will be an informal cocktail function at 6.30pm on Friday 18 May 2012. So if you want to be sent an invite and registration form for this reunion contact:
1972 and 1982 third formers’ Reunions
We are still looking for someone to co-ordinate a reunion of those who started in the third form in 1972 and 1982. If you and some friends would like to help us get these reunions underway contact the OGA at oga@eggs.school.nz
London Reunion
A midsummer night in central London! Brenda Perry from the Development Office will be in London for 3 months over the period of the Olympics and will be hosting a London based Reunion of former students on Friday 22 June 7.00pm.Venue to be advised. Annual General Meeting and social get together
The AGM will be held on Monday 11 June 2012 at 7pm. This is your chance to let your Committee know how you want the Association to be run. It is your Association. We need a quorum of 30 members so put this date in your diary now. We will again serve mid winter soup and rolls and refreshments and there will be a cake to celebrate the School’s 95th Anniversary year so it will be a fun evening. The business part of the meeting will be short so come along and socialise with your fellow EGGS Old Girls. Please RSVP to oga@eggs.school.nz for catering purposes.
Founders Awards Function
Having revived the Founders Awards in 2011 we want to keep this event running to recognise great EGGS achievers. The date is Wednesday 29 August 2012 in the evening but watch this space for the format as we are planning something different to the dinner for this year. Save the date now.
