Enrolment Procedures  
Application Forms for enrolment in 2010 are available from the school office or complete this online form to access the enrolment application forms.
Application Forms are available from:
2011 application forms will be available from 9 June 2010.
Due to the residency requirements of our enrolment scheme, we may accept applications only when:
   i. a student is actually resident in the home zone and is either
   ii. intending to begin school immediately, or
   iii. intending to pre-enrol for the beginning of the next academic year. Applicants should submit completed application forms to the Enrolment Manager together with any other information that is requested.

Home Zone Requirements

Students applying under the home zone provision will be asked to supply the following documents:
  • The Statutory Declaration
    (included in the application form) signed by a Solicitor, Justice of the Peace or 'otary Public
  • Proof of Identity
    'Z born students:
    • Original or Certified* copy of birth certificate
    Students born outside 'Z:
    • B. 'Z citizens: Original or Certified* copy of 'Z passport or citizenship certificate
    • C. All other students: Originals or Certified* copies of passport (first page) and
      1. Residency permit or
      2. Student permit, birth certificate and parent?s passport and work permit
    • Documents to support the residential address of the student:
      Owner occupied property Rental property
      1. Recent (within One Month) Power account and 1. Recent  (within One Month) Power account and
      2. Recent  (within One Month) Telephone account and 2. Recent  (within One Month) Telephone account and
        3. (i) Rental agreement(s) showing long-term residence in the home zone or (ii) fixed term agreement or (iii) evidence which demonstrates a serious intention to remain living in the home zone.
      3. Rates demand/valuation notice or Sale and Purchase agreement 4. Bond receipt from Tenancy Services
      Please note: documents must be originals or certified* copies
    • Original or Certified* copy of most recent school report.
      (Profiles and CVs will not be required)
    • Up-to-date records of 'ZQA results with the 'S' (or 'SI) number.
    • Small recent photograph - passport size.
    *Certified means that a copy of this document and its original is to be shown to your current Principal or Teacher, or a Justice of the Peace, or Solicitor so that it can be verified as a true copy.
    • Please note that further documentation may be requested
    • Applications will be processed once all documentation is received
    The school retains the right to make all enquiries necessary in its opinion to obtain information that may assist it to reach a decision in any case. Once a place is confirmed, a pre-enrolment pack will be issued and an appointment will be made to meet with the Dean to confirm the student?s course of study

    Enrolment is deemed to have been completed when:

    • all pre-enrolment procedures have been completed, formally acknowledged and accepted by the School
    • the student begins attending the school

    and is dependent on:

    • any changes to personal details provided at pre-enrolment having been notified to the school in writing
    • any changes to personal details having been acknowledged in writing by the school as conforming with the provisions of this Enrolment Scheme
    • personal details provided at the time of pre-enrolment as being accurate
    'o enrolment is confirmed until the student attends school and the information given to the school at pre-enrolment is confirmed as accurate and is still current at this time. If your application for enrolment is declined you may appeal the BoardÂ's decision by asking the Ministry of Education to direct the Board to enrol the student. Application forms are available from the MinistryÂ's local office.

    Out-of-Zone Requirements

    Students applying under the out-of-zone provision will be asked to supply the following documents:
    • Proof of Identity
      '.Z. born students:
      • Original or Certified* copy of birth certificate
      Students born outside 'Z:
      • b. 'Z citizens: Original or Certified* copy of 'Z passport or citizenship certificate
      • c. All other students: Originals or Certified* copies of passport (first page) and
        1. Residency permit or
        2. Student permit, birth certificate and parent?s passport and work permit
      • If claiming to have a sister who has now left the school an Original or Certified* copy of that sisterÂ's birth certificate.
      • Original or Certified* copy of most recent school report.
        (Profiles and CVs will not be required)
      • Up-to-date records of 'ZQA results with the 'S' (or 'SI) number.
      • Small recent photograph - passport size.
      Only originals or certified* copies will be accepted. If you require the return of these documents please include additional photocopies and a stamped self-addressed envelope.
