All students have the opportunity to compete in the school swimming sports held early in Term 1 at the school aquatic centre - Preliminaries Wednesday 15th February 9.00am - 1.00pm - Finals Friday 17th February 9.00am -1.00pm. There are championship and non-championship events from which swimmers are selected, on times, to represent the school at the Auckland Central Zone Qualifying meeting. There are also class relays and each tutor group is encouraged to enter a team in these events. Entries close at midday on Tuesday 14th February.
Our Beginner Swimming tuition programme is part of the school PE programme for Years 9 and 10. For further information inquire at the PE Office. There is no charge for this programme.
