Aerobics

Aerobics at EGGS encompasses Novice to Elite grades for both individuals and teams.  Levels coaching will start mid-Term 1 after school in the Sports Centre Dance Studio (day to be confirmed).

There are two secondary school competitions in which the girls are encouraged to represent the school
-  Auckland Secondary School Champs run by College Sport, Raye Freedman Centre, 16th June
-  NZ Secondary School Champs, run by GymSport NZ, at the Auckland Regional Gymsports Centre (Tri-Star Gym) in Mt Roskill, 11th-12th August.

Coaching fee, depending on numbers, is approximately $90 per term for National stream tuition and $20 per term for beginners (levels).  Payment of competition entry fees is additional if competitions are entered.

Sports shoes with non-marking soles need to be worn for all training sessions and competitions. Leotards are required to be worn for competitions only.  Guidelines on what to purchase will be given if and when the competitions are entered.
